Just recently, the Nigerian Tu-Face Idibia added one to his age, and it was lavishly attended by who-is-who in the showbiz industry. Among all those present was the absent of the Akpako master, Terry G who all those present missed his ginjah.
Speculation has it that, it was because of the loggerhead in the showbiz industry that caused his absent; but the Akpako master has cleared the air, which was as a result of his engagement with the multi-million globalcom fiesta. The groove which took him to Asaba for performances was tightly on him.
The head man of House of Ginjah who is still celebrating over his escape at the last twin bomb blast that exploded at about 8:30pm of Sunday September 11, 2011 at West of Mines area of Jos near the Joseph Gomwalk House, the tallest building in Jos. Also located in the neighbourhood are the state-owned newspapers, a popular chicken joint and housing estate.
No matter the survival party was hosted in his honour by one of the Nigeria showbiz moguls,
Mr. Chukwudi Ofoha of the popular Ibari Ogwa village located in Imo State, it was like breezing into the city; and currently he has set to attend another concert, coming live at New York in October. Indeed, the Akpako master is recording tremendous success which is exhausting his time. And that shows, he is working hard to remain on the system, and that makes him the current Oliver Twist.
Among those present at the birthday party were: D'banj, Timaya, Denrele, P Square, Tony Tetula, Ikechukwu, Eva, Jay Jay Okocha and many others.
